Built for sanctioned events and grassroots alike

For tournaments, rankings and scoring

Connect tournament software with federations, booking platforms and analytics through one shared contract. Real-time scoring, cross-platform rankings and sanction-grade reporting — without per-event glue.

Outcomes

From per-event spreadsheets to a live results fabric

Score, rank and report once. Distribute everywhere — federations, clubs, media, analytics and player apps — through a single governed channel.

Real-time score sync

Stream point-by-point updates from court to platforms, federations and broadcasters with one event contract — instead of polling each tournament software directly.
  • Live
  • Webhooks
  • One contract

Cross-platform rankings

Standardize how players, clubs and federations exchange rankings, ratings and results — so a player's level travels with them across the ecosystem.
  • Player level
  • Ratings
  • Ranking feed

Federation-grade reporting

Permissioned reporting feeds for sanctioned events, with audit logs, signed payloads and per-domain scopes that satisfy national federation requirements.
  • Sanctioned
  • Audited
  • Scoped

One source of truth

Brackets, draws, results and player data flow through one schema — your tournament software stays in charge, downstream consumers stay in sync.

Common integrations

The connections tournaments ask us about most

Tournament software ↔ federations

Push results, rankings and sanctioned-event metadata to federations through governed connectors — no per-event CSV pipelines.

Tournament software ↔ booking platforms

Reserve courts for matches, surface bracket schedules in club booking apps, and avoid double-bookings on event days.

Tournament software ↔ analytics & video

Auto-clip per match, sync metadata to analytics partners, and publish highlights without manual export-import dances.

Pilot program

Ready to standardize your tournament integrations?

We are onboarding pilot partners ahead of World Padel Summit 2026. Start with one connector — federations, booking or video — and expand once it is reliable in production.

FAQ

Common questions from tournament platforms

Do you replace tournament software?

No. OpenPadel AI is not a tournament software. We connect tournament platforms with federations, booking apps and analytics — your tools stay in charge of format, draws and rules.

How are draws and brackets handled?

We standardize the integration contract — rounds, matches, players, courts, scores. Your software still owns format, seeding and bracket logic. We move the data, not the rules.

Are scores published in real time?

Yes. You can choose live event streaming for sanctioned events, or scheduled batch updates for grassroots leagues — same connector, different cadence per partner.

Is player data GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Each connection is approved per partner with scopes per data domain, audit logs and retention pathways aligned to GDPR. Players control consent through the source platform.
